About Lucia Mahoney

In addition to B.A., M.A. and B.Ed. degrees, Lucia Mahoney graduated with First Class Honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP). Those who know Lucia will attest to the fact that this culminating accreditation truly reflects who she is. Her life revolves around family, friends, food and running!

As an avid runner and marathoner, Lucia's passion for nutrition has been part of her life-long quest for natural health and peak performance. And as the mother of three boys, she understands the importance of balance and nutrition in order to enjoy a full and active life. Whether fueling for training, recovery, or simply to reach optimal health, the food we put into our bodies is the cornerstone of our energy and vitality.

While nutrition is central to eveyone's health and wellness, the proper diet to achieve peak results will vary from person to person. Lucia draws on her interpersonal and communication skills from education (as a former high school teacher) and her keen interest in helping others to guide her clients toward achieving their own goals: to help them reach optimal health and performance whatever their chosen field.
